Please arrive on time for your appointment to maintain proper patient flow. New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior and former patients 5 minutes. We cannot guarantee you will be seen if you arrive late or did not complete your insurance information in advance. There is a $40 cancelation/rescheduling fee if we are unable to see you for these reasons.
